What Is Therapy?
Therapy (Psychotherapy), is an opportunity to discuss distressing or problematic issues, behaviors, or interactions with a trained, objective individual.
The focus is you, but the work is a collaborative opportunity to engage in self growth and improve mental health.
Working with a provider allows you to explore the self and learn tools that can reduce or eliminate inhibiting thoughts/emotions/behaviors.

How Long Is Therapy?
Therapy Sessions are 55 minutes long
​
Sessions can be weekly, every other week or monthly as appropriate
​
The length of the therapeutic process varies by client need and can be an ongoing relationship or short term solution focused dependent on client concerns
